The Office of Equity has funded an online certificate program in Teaching and Supporting Men of Color. I just completed the Teaching Men of Color in Community Colleges online course and highly recommend it. It's normally $200, but Cabrillo student success funds cover the tuition, and it's approved for Flex credit. (Register > checkout > use discount code "cabrillo")
The online course is not exactly a stellar example of online course design, but if you look beyond that, the content is engaging. And there are ample opportunities to interact with other instructors in the discussion board. You'll have one short live interaction with a course facilitator, but other than that, most of the content requires reading/listening.
Another cool resource is a paper on the Equity site: Principles of Redesign: Promising Approaches to Transforming Student Outcomes [pdf]
